"Deep Southwest" TV Series Premiere Set for March 8 at Chatham Capitol Theatre

Get ready to kick up your boots and dance! The highly anticipated premiere of Deep Southwest, a five-part musical comedy, will take place on March 8th at the Chatham Capitol Theatre.

Created by Megan and Patrick Whalen of Whalen Entertainment with production provided by Ben Srokosz of OOAK, Deep Southwest follows a husband-and-wife country band on their quest to play at the coveted Hawaiian Pizza Festival in their small-town community of Chatham-Kent. But with a major hurdle standing in their way—gaining 10,000 social media followers—will they find Pizza Fest glory, or end up with the cold, discarded crust of failure?

This one-of-a-kind production was filmed entirely in Chatham-Kent with a local cast and crew. The premiere event offers attendees an exclusive first look at the series, along with the opportunity to meet the creators and cast before the series is placed on the Bell Fibe TV1 streaming service later in March.
